Revolutionary

Independence in July,

Fireworks light up the sky,

Freedom's battle that was fought,

heard in cannon fire shot,

But the glory in the blaze,

was the dream of better days,

boundless liberty for all,

heed it's patriotic call,

the army in navy hue,

fighting for what they hold true,

See the stallion on the hill,

General Washington's great will,

overcoming all defeat,

then join again in battle meet,

until last the victory's won,

and the patriots as one,

see a nation born anew,

wrapped in red and white and blue
