Five Six Oh-Eight

Sometimes some words

are just better left unspoken

I guess that’s just the way

WE were meant to be

It was nothing ever past

a mutual understanding

And only one of us

could admit it was something

past daydreaming……

Author's Note

I guess I could say that is for two people even though I wrote it eight months before I met the second person…The coloring of the poem should give away a lot I think (at least about the second person). Just let me know what you think... :)
