Falling Apart

If there is something

in this world

That can keep me

from falling apart

something, anything

that will stop the pieces

 from

shattering

   and

shredding

          my heart

I would like to find it

cultivate and keep it

To prevent the pretty

fabricated world I’ve created

from forever

         falling apart.
