YOU!

About a guy i met while going through the two hardest weeks of my life.

You where there for me, when he was not.

It wasn't his fault, but he left me in a tight spot. 

He needed to get himself well, i was left in pain, 

Boredom and depression where driving me insane. 

a quite emotion charged chat we shared,

to each other our feelings we beared. 

There to support each other in our tough times,

I showed you my poetry and cleaver rhymes.

Sharing our interests, and passions... we discovered,

Allot of common ground was being uncovered. 

We ended up having a lot in common for sure, 

having that emotional connection, shook me to the core.

Its hard feeling like your lover of 5 years, doesn't understand,

an emotional connection between us, just doesn't come first hand. 

But with you it was simple and easy, and conversation flowed,

as we formed a strong bond quite quickly, and our connection growed. 

I was, and still am in a venerable state, 

i have had so much hardships on my plate. 

My emotions were controlling me, i can't deny,

and then these sudden feelings had me questioning why?

I was becoming scared, as im extremely loyal and true, 

But it was difficult, and harder when it came to you.

Every other guy has been strictly a friend,

rules and boundary's, i would never bend.

I let you cross a few lines, i crossed some as well,

Though with my boyfriend, all this i did tell.

His reaction was great, he was hurt but not mad,

I thought that was mature and manly of him, i was glad. 

So maybe it was nothing, maybe theirs nothing there,

honestly think my emotions are just leaving me bear.

Im in a venerable state, i needed comfort, and you are great,

After all this i hope you can still be a good mate.

Confessing to these things is not easy. But to not tell the truth and keep t to yourself makes you an awful person. Honesty is the best policy.
