Ivory Clouds

Ivory Clouds

A Poem by Eric Cox

Ivory clouds began to brew
a full moon often cut through
ivory clouds drifted by
such beauty in the night sky
we gazed up in delight
such a magical sight
clouds of ivory white
the full moon cast its light
we walked down the trail
lit by the moon so pale
ivory clouds drifted by
like ghosts in the night sky
beautifying the dark of night
a full moon and clouds of ivory white.

I love clouds. I love lying on my back and gazing up at them as they pass overhead. Huge fluffy white clouds you can look for shapes in. Awesome job.
