One Magical Night

One Magical Night

A Poem by Eric Cox

Two wolves playing in the snow
the moon and aurora borealis aglow
shimmering in the snow this night
with the stars shining bright
"How beautiful" she said
"beauty will never be dead"
he agreed with her
and said "Always together"
"I'll love you forever"
and they romped in the snow
with the moon and aurora borealis aglow.

Tender and romantic and very vivid with the wild beauty of wolves in Alaska. Lovely poem.
