Orange Wolf, or Werewolf?

About an unusual wolf which didn't attack.

There was an unusual wolf I saw
long black talons on each paw
all long black fangs in its' jaw
eyes pure black, I was in awe
but what really stood out mostly
was bright orange fur so fiery
was this wolf or werewolf I saw
it didn't charge me and bite and claw
it looked up at the moon so full and bright
then it turned and faded into the dark of night
then came many howls that chilled to the bone
then I knew it was not alone.

I really like this. What would one think if confronted by a really strange creature? I don't know but I do know I wouldn't want it to be a dangerous one! Glad this orange wolf mystery creature didn't pose and threat. A very delightful poem yet sinister too!

Amazing poem! I love this. Excellent rhyming and it has a nice rhythm to it. The mystery is real, seeing something that your not quite sure of because it is so unique. I like to think it is a werewolf myself.
