A break-up.

You're a GOOD guy, my sweet
But I'm going to write "BYE" in my tweet
So, GOODBYE..

From now on, let;s wear different shoes
Let me cut and let yourself loose
I'm going to see penguins swimming
But you're going to see polar bears fishing

Now I'm singing 'Auld Lang Syne'
Because our book is published now
With (sorry) a happy ending of mine
Go make your own, you'll figure out how

So I end this poem with I apologize
And cut our chain with may the best happens in your life
