The splinters remain embedded after the bullets have disintegrated and left only the casings behind and we bear those scars always. Even if buried at times. Great senryu Jacob.

Ooooooooooo...what a great poem. So simple...and yet it hits hard, doesn't it? Shell casings of love...that is such a great line...evidence of past wounding. Wow. Awesome! Love it
