a plagiarist's dream

a plagiarist's dream

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

a plagiarist's dream

blushing resources,
citations in red cheek

you splintered my boardwalk parchment

your eyes passed and granted access

i saw something within

as i gazed with improper agenda
the paper wrote itself
and your love was the only
work cited entry needed.

"your eyes passed and granted access"
The simple lines mean everything. Simple glance. Maybe a possibility. Thank you Jacob for sharing the amazing poetry and thoughts.

Brilliant metaphor, Your imagination always something very interesting, always print images where one is forced to think of Your mind, and how it works wonderfully, adventuring in places few can reach, it has his own unique working, and I like it....

as a poet, Your poem even speaks more, one can picture them selves reading something where they feel there is something wrong, and yes, the "un-originality", the fake, the stealing that it there, behind the mask of beautiful words... and, as a poet, what is more effectively touching to his senses but to compare the fake "beloved" her fake feelings and emotions, into a "fake" poem?
