KIss

A Poem by jacob erin-cilberto

Kiss

leaning against the stone wall stoned on you

dizzy me curled into your caress

your scent like a soft arm within my sleeve

your hair brushing lightly against my bewildered lips

as i embrace the profusion of beloved confusion

trying to keep my balance.

This is one of my favorites of yours that I've read so far! I love the affection nearly dripping off the page. I love the sensations of being off-balance, as it really can be, when dallying up to the cusp of a kiss. I love the way you play with word sounds: "stone wall stoned on you" . . . "profusion of beloved confusion" . . . and the last line is perfectly crafted! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

You are welcome.
tempting You in a charming alluring way... where You know there is no escape, weaken You in a wondrous way, playing over Your gentle heartstrings and senses, still... burning You deep with desire, what a moment of strong passion You've created here.

what a moment in time and my own memories ..that moment of bliss that demands a man's self control as the ticket ... men fall for "her" harder than we are given credit for ...

What's to say?--elegantly portrayed.
And still manages to come off as thoroughly human.
An endearing offering!

Sometimes that exact spot, is that exact spot.
As long as it fits two people, it will do just fine.
From all accounts, it did.
