Music of Humanity

Music of Humanity

A Poem by Evangeline
"

"

Yearning for Heaven's song

I've been here for far too long

Trapped in a sad perplexity of

a slumber

Influence has brought me

under

Loneliness well over it's

course

My silence has made me

hoarse

Mute to the music of humanity

I'm now the base line of insanity

In my mind forms an assembly

Of countless plagues

lost of a remedy

Hearing words of evil tongues

Trembling,

I drink them up like a sponge

great work on the images, flow and rhyme scheme ... yet the ending was a bit out of tune ... otherwise this piece is good
