With each passing day

My  heart seems to break.

The everyday stress

Is more than I can take.

Even with so much

Taking up my time,

I feel so alone,

But still, I want to hide.

I miss my sister.

I miss my friends.

We've been through so much

This can't be the end.

Everyone eventually goes

Their own separate ways,

But I must continue on

Each and every day.

We'll see each other,

From time to time.

I'll cherish those moments

Until the day that I die.
