tumbling and slumbering

tumbling and slumbering

A Poem by felioness
"

the poetry of love

"
her voice tumbles forth in
blues and greens
soft syllables and soliloquies
to twist and rhyme
sometimes in sleep

whispering my name

her words spill forth in silken threads
slipping beneath the coverlets of our bed
her poetry excites my head
ushering me into gentle dreams

I always thought truly beautiful women spoke in blues and greens too.
