Belleek Vase

Belleek Vase

A Poem by James Paulin
"

A personal metaphore

"

Fine parian porcelain

Blessed by the potter

Lovely

Inside and out

Graced with shamrocks

Treasured and loved

Spotless

Cream colored

Touches of green

Artistically themed

Shaped with purpose

Kiln fired to endure

Three roses

All in off white

Constantly bound

Camaraderie found

Reminded and tended

An Irish embrace

Gracefully aging

Stemmed shamrocks accenting

Glaze gleaming as new

Six young daisies

Feel love given and taken

The Potters intention
