A Poem by freelancejouster

on occasion, i feel that perhaps this is all pointless

and if i move from where i precariously sit

day after day, week after week (year after year?)

something incredible might just happen,

but i haven't the energy or idea

how to start to move from this shelf to begin with.

oh, the lament of a dusty Barbie doll.

This reminds me so much of Toy Story. Heartbreaking, in a way... Well written. I always admire your ability to say what you mean and mean what you say; you're great at getting to the point and sticking with it.
