When you’re in a bad mood
Everybody feels it
If there’s a ray of sunshine left
You’ll be sure and steal it

I’m gettin’ kinda tired
Of tryin’ to read your mind
People say under their breath
“and now what’s wrong THIS time?”

They know best not to cross you
When you have that certain look
You think your life’s a mystery
But it’s an open book

'Cause no one has to look too far
To see that you’re in pain
We’re on the path to feel your wrath
As you lash out again

It's so very true Mari when you in a wonderful happy joyous mood. Everyone wants to share it with you. But if your in woe and upset. Most folks sidestep away from you and run to the hills. And that is when you really need your friends in times of strive and upset. Not just in good times.

Hmmm - had a boss like this some time ago - a real piece of work! But he did inspire me to seek alternative employment, which in the end, turned out to be a blessing... great write... very readable and relatable ... :-)
