Self Destruction

Self Destruction

Self Destruction

Who am I in this world of hate

Am I lost in life awaiting my fate

How about you in this world of hate

Are your struggles with war beyond escape

Faces of anger are worn every day

While a face of peace is slipping away.

Could images of gray on shattered walls

Be signs from hell that plagues us all

It’s lost forever the meaning of peace

As violence grows, wars increase

Between global warming and global wars

Destruction with hate knows its course

We live to die we die to live

In a world of hate that’s gone adrift
