Morn of madness

Morn of madness

A Poem by Ghiasquared

Go away foul friend
With your horrid sound
Let me dream away my time

You must understand
The sweet respite I enjoy
'tis why you must be calm

My crusted eyes cannot see
But your obnoxious voice I cannot ignore
Silence you must allow me a moment more

Thrashing awake with flames out of eyes
Fury burns my face as I stalk you
And crush you I will

Blurred sight lends to fall
I crawl toward the devils wail
Pulling myself to face you

Now within grasp
I choke you with glee
As you die with the press of snooze
