Dawn of Our Love

The delicious form of love trembles in our souls,

Pounding on the gates of two hearts,

Casting its essence, just as the dawn,

And it pours across the earth like satin.

In the silence of the early morning,

The words we never say,

Will be there not too far away but, in our eyes,

The reflecting pools of passion.

As twilight will sing a love song for us,

In the phantom dreams of our passing thoughts,

Hidden voices will surface on the lips of dusk,

Sighing, whispering as two lovers pass.

Where these two lovers will join as one heart,

Beneath the yellow rose moon,

Stenciled in the evenings blue horizon,

Flowing to an oasis, known as the dawn of our love….
