Disclosure: Holding to Let Go

even after all these years of knowing you 

    

                still can''t touch that part of you

could she reach it?

 are you at that point to let go?

between the needs to stop 

         there's this thought that brings the feels you still hide

 

I've been wanting to see a real in you all these years

is it possible it's been the truth and I wasn't ready?

            loving you nearly defeated my sense of who,

    took parts of my where, and hid the whys

   our past does not belong in my present

     nor meant to end in 'do us part'

 catch your smiles in passing,

she's done answering those calls.
