Pulsations

The sound of heart beat

Thud..thud.. thud..

Vibrating pulse on the wrist

All visible living signs

Eat, drink, sleep, procreate

Working, making love

Communicating with others

 Clear signs of active life

Every thing happen routine like

Structured life experience platform

Creation-existence-destruction

Never end soul journey

We are not alone

Many like us move on

Live in harmony at times

Most times live in distress

Keep on searching peace

Some sort of balance

For the soul to rest

A deep breath of satisfaction

Life is too complex

Many lives we come

Each time still ignorant

As if the journey never ends

I don’t dispute Darwin

Human Souls in this body

Understanding oneself in totality

Evolve like anything else in nature

Introspection in to myself

Make me perceive

Life is only a matter of pulsations

Positive, negative, neutral

Electro-Magnetic excitations

Nerve nodes sensing them up

Complex central nervous station

Processing them pretty fast

In fraction of moment

Send back flash signals

Green for positive (+ve)

Red negative (-ve) pulsation

Many feel good +ve pulsations

Frown upon unpleasant -ve

Isn’t it funny some time

Reverse become true!

Life become complicated

When we start judge

Brand these pulsations

Good or bad

Worse is when

Some docs like prescriptions

Must do’s and don’ts

Indicating a path to heaven

Judgments often stop movement

Clear mark of mental blocks

With guilt, confusion and frustration

A true path towards ignorance

To be honest with you, I was, at first, not enthused about reading a "long" poem (been a long day and I can't focus very well). But I decided to give your poem a try, and I am GLAD I decided to do so! What an excellent piece! Very thought-provoking. It was beautifully written. It managed to capture my interest and hold it. At various points throughout the poem, I found myself thinking about what you were actually saying. You have many philosophical beliefs packed into the poem. Excellent writing!

a very thought provoking piece of work, Pal....how it all works, how it all seems...the complexities of life and everything that is around us, as we live and love and go about our lives. sometimes thinking, sometimes not...we are but a speck in the grand scheme of things.

life is a journey, not just a destination and how we choose to live it, is for us to decide.

thank you for sending this my way.

Always,

Amanda

This piece reminded me of a piece of mine so that made me love it even more. I love to be able to relate and feel another writer's words.

Questioning

I wonder if the reality that I know
Could be only a memory of a faded past
Or of a future that I wished that I had
Could this life of mine be nothing at all
Thoughts consumed by an imagined world

Or is this world that we know
Merely a grain of sand
On some cosmic giants hand
Just waiting to be blown away
Noticing how tiny we are
In a universe that is so large

Could I be someone else's idea
A life where
I am their fantasy
Their thoughts my reality
That is pretty sad
A life in which I am
Their dream of perfection

I just wonder

I enjoyed reading this piece, it speaks to the questions that many (if not all) of us ask...the sweet mystery of life...nicely done! Your piece has an interesting rhythm to it.

Again, it speaks of how perception and experiences correspond with each other. When the sense of self is surrounded by judgmental beliefs and expectations, then the mind becomes unbalanced in trying to equate its experiences with the beliefs it has come to accept. Much love and many blessings....
