Flower tell me your secrets, you have so much power?

 

 

Never has an object transmitted such emotion,

or been arrayed with such beauty.

 

 

Your power lifts the spirit of mankind,

your fragrance toucheth the heart and the mind.

 

 

Your pedals paint many pictures for us to ponder,

your colors invite us into worlds of wonder.

 

 

I cannot think of nature without you,

please continue to bless us with your love and virtue.

 

 

Unto God your creator we thank very much,

for lending you to us, when we need a touch.

personification of the flower is inspiring .. enjoy the straight forward simple language .. i might try another word for "toucheth" and "Unto" tho... seems out of place and from another era in contrast to the rest of the poem ;) i like the strength of the couplets and the rhyming ... and i really enjoy how you have lifted the lowly flower to a high position it deserves ... the daffodils are blooming here ..and the deciduous trees starting to give that hue of green before budding ... peace and joy sir!
