Lupita

Lupita

A Poem by The Lady Anasteja
"

thoughts

"

Close the passage to this endless noise of uncertainty -

Defuse the energy and numb the mind

Secrets dance on a tongue of white lies -

faulty promises spread the virus to innocent aspirants

Will there ever be relief

or will this familiar cease existence in my name?

How true this is whom think outside the normal realm. It's short, but very advanced and ahead of its time.

This rings true:
"faulty promises spread the virus to innocent aspirants"

Was a pleasure to read. Looking forward to more. (And it most likely won't cease existance)

I like the dickenson-esque dashes in this poem, short abrupt thoughts like flashes of light, always good. I do think you could rephrase the line "faulty promises spread the virus to innocent aspirants" make it simpler, it's a bit of a mouth full. Good work!
