fire, fire

fire, fire

A Poem by hawker

when you braved through my body
fire, fire, stretched the cities
the tips of loneliness
to the depths of company
and my mind was hollowed
by your fervid eyes
bright and wholly alive
there, i found myself knowing
we could tangle
behind the seaside
waves of washed perceptions
or deep empirical lust
our cerebral concerns
mostly, that the heart will only
drown us..
but all i know now
is love, love and more love.

our cerebral concerns..
