Where do we go from here ?

Next phase after life

where do we go from here ?

which abode shall we dwell ? 

how long till we get there ? 

a lifetime ? i can't tell

what a journey it will be

with no traces of family or friends 

only if death will permit us our wishes 

then i'd take along chocolate and candies

now is the time to set our path 

so we might enjoy the ride to the next phase

death can't wait to take its toll on us

but before then, lets

leave behind a legacy before our lights fade........
