Stop looking to others for self-help advice. 

The answers you seek are already inside. 

No one knows your troubles better than you. 

You already know what you have to do. 

The steps you must take to make changes in life, will be different from those who are giving advice. 

It's not that they're wrong, or that they're telling a lie. 

It's just that the fix simply doesn't apply.

So, now that you have the best advice I can give out.

You Should disregard what I've said, and live without doubt.

very witty! I really like it, when you go to read anything about advice its almost as though you are always being told that you already have the answers. People need to have more faith in themselves and you portray that very well. I like the humor at the end as well you are telling them to follow their advice by not following yours... I really like your writing style. Job Well Done!

A very unique self-help advice. While reading your poem, I realized that I am the only good adviser for myself. But unfortunately we all groomed in an environment where we don't follow our inner instincts and voice. We are always doubtful about our choice.
