Poem 20. Seclusion

Poem 20. Seclusion

A Chapter by Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)
"

I just need to be alone sometimes...

"

Leave me alone in this room...
Let me taste the sweet fruit of freedom
Let me hear the music of solitude
let me see the beautiful painting in peace.

Touch me not in my world...
Let me sing the song of my heart
Let me speak the words from my mind
Let me paint the color of my love.

Back me up with your provision...
Let me design my future with these hands
Let me raise my soul into goodness
Let me plan ahead with so much time.

Just leave me alone...
Let me cherish the gift of isolation
Let me swallow the sweet fruit of retreat
Let me bloom from my own skill through seclusion.

Man, all I can say is if you write this well before they let you have your seclusion and allow you to plan your obviously beautiful life.........what's it going to be like after?
Go for it Girl, such diversity and talent should be encouraged. I think you writing is very talented and has much depth and will I am sure become even more so. I hope the people in your life are encouraging you to write even more, for I certainly would.

I know this feeling well... the final stanza was particularly affecting for me.

Thanks. Seclusion is sometimes needed by each individual.
Reading this evoked memories of a similar piece I once wrote about isolation and it's imperceptible advantages. It's where my muse abodes and my thoughts run free. Good writing indeed.

Oh, thanks my dear Singing Bird. You are a total motivator.
Heal thyself, I like this, very well done it is beautiful.
You are free in your seclusion, free to find your solutions.
I love the bloom from my own skill line.
We can respect your need for this seclusion,
but don't allow it to bring you into the illusion of separation.
You need to share with others and be a part of everything around you too.
But I get where you are coming from and some of us need more of it,
it is the place where you work on yourself as well right, and that is very very important. To many only are concerned with only helping others and they lose themselves I mean to the point where they don't know themselves and that is not a good place. So yes, I love this, enjoy that seclusion time and blossom, oh blossom into that beautiful flower that you are within.
