It rains today
And I'm surprised
For I just feel the sunbeams
While I walk along the way.

It rains today
With a heartbreaking news
That echoes in the wind
And brings us tears, my dear.

It rains today
Not an ordinary scene
But will be etched forevermore
May you rest in peace, we pray.

Now I know why it rains today
The heaven mourns with us
In your leaving...

A monody is a poem in which one person laments another's death.

Thanks, Sami. We are really sad today. This afternoon is supposed to be our Teachers' Christmas Party....but how could we celebrate if in the middle of this sad event?
She's a graduating student this March. We're so sad, but it is already time for her to rest.
