Breathe in the Night

A silvery moon plays hide and seek
The night is dark and stormy, not for the meek

In a world full of dark and shadows...
I stand alone, water lapping at my feet
The air whips through my hair, fanning it wide
I feel wild and free no longer wanting to hide

I throw my arms wide embracing the dark night
And breathe in the power
Of a soul that has taken flight
