Scratches

Scratches

A Poem by Scott Troy

I cement myself.
Sturdy in admiration for you.
Beautiful.
Funny.
Simply amazing.
A woman worth so much.
Kind.
Loving.
A beacon of hope.
The batteries to my flashlight.
I love you.

A beautiful paean to love. Well done, my friend. I particularly like this image:
'The batteries to my flashlight.'
Everybody needs somebody to energize them like that.
Finding the right woman is the trick. You seem to have managed that.
Does she like being a battery? :D

I can see that little Energizer bunny just humping away. Cute poem.

This poem flows as one inspired by love. Sincerity at its best. Enjoyed :)
