To Fall

To Fall

A Poem by Andie
"

A poem about love inspired by a taboo card :)

"

Every little touch lights your senses on fire

So vulnerable you feel like you're walking on a wire

When your heart and mind are running a race

And the world revolves around your next embrace

Trying to reach for a grasp on reality

But you're sure this falling must end in fatality

You never thought you'd just let everything go

But, oh, the self-control it takes to go slow

And soon enough all your dreams are starting to change

You're not satisfied 'til your whole future's rearranged

And until you opened up and released it all

You had never known what it felt like

To Fall
