Antichrist

Antichrist

A Poem by Muse
"

I will never confess my sins to an infallible mortal. It's between me and God. Not between man and man.

"
Just
words
OBSCURED.

A thistle of hurt, it
pricks like a kiss.
This dull knife finds my wrist.

Confess.
Confess they say......
or there will be hell to pay.
Fire away..fire away.

I can't
Because....
I won't.

Too many psalms
without a quote.
I see....
a coward's smile
that braves only the dark.

Confess.
Confess they say.
I am the lark.

Who do you bow down to?
Have you any clue?
666
This imperfection of ours
it's dark
I know it's dark.
But it becomes my....

          beauty
           mark.

Confess...
Confess they say.
So I take another drag in,
PUFF....
smoke in your face
taste my disgrace.

Confess...
Confess they say.
Show me a Pope,
a Priest,
with no sin to pay.
And I will...I will.
I will confess!

Muse
I posted this viral video...to show how many false Gods we worship even in our Government. They have no minds of their own...like the religious leaders of today....we take for granted everything that they do and say.....

Interested in an analysis of all the occult symbolism? Check out this site..they do an excellent job of shedding light on the obscure truth.

"show me a priest with no sins" yes,

well, i have strong feelings about organized religion (raised catholic) and the majority are not positive...

especially the whole confession thing...

i think this raises some good points about what we worship today in our society...

your writing is quite thoughtful...and it makes us stop and think...

i really enjoy visiting your page...

another level.

Understood. I feel much the same way. Love how you've expressed this, though. I don't know that I could have put it so well. Xo. Thanks!

I think we need more action, and less confession. I would not be shriven by myself.

i feel it is the job of the atheist to be grounded in reason and logic, as the burden of proof is not upon us. ( i realise i'm assuming your an atheist but i have to assume to have a reaction i guess :P)

while you have failed in this regard(:P), you succeed in pouring fire on the flames of bitterness to get the heart pumping! wonderfully expressive dear poet.

thank you :) it is clear now. wonderful poetry kind lady :)
Everyone should have their own faith, and honesty. And may speak open about it. If my internet works again, I shall study the attachments better. But for now, you did what you had to do dear. I understand the parallel thought as no one better, lost people in real life into insanity. Beautiful and unique.

This is what I love to see. A lady that is not afraid to speak a piece of her mind. I respect you for your honesty, and I love how this poem bites like a rattle snake . This is such a powerful piece. I love the message that you have displayed, and I can hear this chant every time I read it. Great work ,my dear :)

Thanks Neva
I really like your writing and agree completely! The flow on this piece is exceptional, and really draws the reader and puts them there. "Too many psalms without quotes" is my favorite line and requires the reader to think.

I am lapsed Catholic and there's much that's changed with the liturgy in the last year or so. I keep phrasing things as I've learned them and a lot of it sounds like a suicide letter or at the very least a subtle form of fascistic dehumanization. And considering the sins of Rome and how many fringe Christians think the church is the seat of the Antichrist, you speak much truth that many already know about but won't say publicly. A vivid, vivacious piece of vehemence on your part, Dear Muse.
