This bridge we have

Burn it down.

Make sure there’s nothing left

Only ashes on the ground.

The pages I've written,

Shred the evidence.

I can't even be around you

The stench of your arrogance.

I told you everything

Opened all old wounds.

Sat under sunlight

And lights of the moon.

I have so much to say to you 

But it would pointless.

You ruined everything

It was always hopeless.

You're no different than the rest

Just another abuser.

Just another person

Just as tragic as a tumor.

I knew one of these days

You’d push me away

Hard enough that’s is now too late.

I'm back on high alert

I won't again be this bombarded

Raise the walls

Heavily guarded

I hope you'll miss me 

Cause I'll miss you too

You did this to yourself

You had everything to lose.

Sigh...I can most definitely relate to this feeling. A person taking so much from you, then leaving and leaving you hang out to dry on your own without even a goodbye. My ex was just like this. I gave him all of me, every emotion, every truth in our relationship. After 2 and a half weeks, he decided it was over and he didn't bother answering my questions as to why. He just left and then ignored me whenever I was around, treated me like what we had meant nothing, like I was a piece of trash or something. I promised myself I would never let my guard down that early in a relationship anymore...and get to know people fully for who they are until getting too involved with them. You deserve better anyway, anyone deserves better than this...
