Water

The thing that

Keeps us alive

Oh how the irony

The same thing that keeps

You alive

Can also kill you

Tears have been shed

On people who silently

Have drowned

The thing that keeps you alive

Is the thing that can drown

Every one

Kind of scary how

Water can

Become our killer

Oh the pain

Steping foot in

Our watery grave
