Liar.

Just another poem that I was suddenly inspired to write. It's not about me, or how I feel, I just wanted to write a poem that relates to others who may have been lied to or hurt in this fashion.

You're a liar,

You lied all the time.

My eyes are on fire,

From all the tears that I cried.

I am dying,

I am dying inside.

'Cause you're a liar,

And you lied all the time.

You told me one thing,

but you meant another.

Said we were perfect,

And great for each other.

When you were too sweet,

It was your cover.

'Cause you told me one thing, 

But you meant another.

Through all the fighting,

I held all the pain.

Said you were busy,

When all you are is vain.

And I lie here,

Feeling so insane.

'Cause through all the fighting,

I had held all the pain.

Now I feel useless,

Do you feel like the king?

Are you happy,

For all the hurt that you bring?

Are you done yet,

With all the lying to me?

'Cause I feel useless,

And you feel like a king.

I think you've got a smooth flowing and a really strong rhyme scheme to the poem. The topic is a universal one, so i'm sure most people will be able to relate to the ink and it's essence. I believe that your style is indicative of a natural poet.
