About Purpose

About Purpose

A Poem by Texas Identitycrisis

What I want for myself
in this life, internally
is that connection
with you, for eternity
Not like marriage convictions
more simply speaking
your atom reactions
That when vanishing
get caught up in my mind
and visa versa

Intergalactic slivers of sunshine
bouncing off sadness
Jerking around evil forces
What people are thinking
sideways, angular
never a straight line
Tricking, pulling
these negative times
Fighting urge to give in
to step in line, so in time
Like masses do

Truth is not irrelevant
but debatable, It's that
people with passion
deliver convictions
Confuses the mind
about Purpose, created
out of dreams, faded
Altered by nothing
more than energy

Forgetting possibilities
innocence made plenty
Never is it too late
To go back and replace
old miseries with new
contemplations
Capture
unfolding disasters
Mold them, positive reaction
