Beastly Games

Beastly Games

A Poem by Humbirdy

A small child
A girl
About seven
She didn't enjoy toys
Not one
Not one toy gives her joy
She scares her neighbors
The way she plays
Chases after bunnies,
Dogs,
Cats,
Squirrels,
Rats,
And soon would grab hold of their necks
Crack
Snap
The animal is dead
No longer to linger the streets
And she would always keep their heads
The girl is only seven
And she plays beastly games
The daughter of Hades
The daughter of Death
Call her whatever you want
However,
Destiny,
Is the best

I think this was a very interesting poem. I loved it...it was kinda wicked and twisted. Good poem. Thanks for sharing.
