Romance drifts from every corner of our soul

Melodic phrases cleanse the air in tranqulity

Instood of fog evaporating,

hearts float in symbolic tune of our love

We thought the world began and ended with us

 

Nostalgic overwhelms fading happiness

My heart beats of bountiful memories

I watch each one drift like white foamy clouds

off the ocean's horizon

Appreciation of time spent together dampens my cheeks

 

Sea gulls serenade a song in honor of you

Sea salt sensuously touch my lips

Warmth of the sun affectionatly hugs me

Eyes closed, I savor your presence

 

Life's splendor moments with you paint a

portrait of a keepsake

As your ashes flow out to sea,

resoluteness fills my being

Our little one giggles, and it's you I hear
