Oh What a Day

Oh What a Day

A Poem by Im His Daughter

YES AMEN!

 I just heard

the other

day it was

at about

 9 am when

Jesus was

being

beaten

   & 3 pm

when

Jesus

died on

the cross. Over 6 hours of the most intense & unforgiving pain imaginable. 3 days later Jesus rose from the dead. In this story I heard details of where & how they placed those 6 inch nails in him. They are strategically placed in the wrist in a certain spot & on the feet so that when Jesus was pressed against the cross He would feel excruciating pain due to the wounds he suffered before hand. Placing these nails in the spots mentioned created a pressure that is so

unbearable

because

ALL of his

body weight

was then

placed on

the nails.

Imagine

unable to

stand for

comfort

pushing

himself

up just

to get

comfortable

& finding

all he

could do

was

scream.

The

crunching,

the streams

of blood,

the screams

of pain,

ALL OF THIS

so that I

am forgiven

for MY SINS.

MY Daily sins,

My Past sins.

I am reduced

to tears.

Thanks God!

Thanks Jesus!

Thank You

Thank You

 Thank You..

Makes one

fall on

knees

& if it

doesn't

IT SHOULD!

Informative just as intended. It does make me want to thank him for his sacrifice. It makes me sad though at the same time because I know so many people all around who have no appreciation. You can be comforted by this though, as least to those you have been able to reach, you've made some type of difference. =]

It's excruciating but I would like to add that not only Jesus but other Jews who saw a different light had to go through the same ordeal. Mankind has suffered to pave the way for a better future for the future..I very much think Jesus to be blood and human and hence his suffering should teach us a very important lesson..A very deep write and a great topic to write on !!

The pain of Jesus allow us to be forgiven. He gave his life so we can walk into heaven and and find peace one day. A powerful poem. Thank you.
