Chapter One Peace Or, Not

Chapter One Peace Or, Not

A Chapter by Rob Taylor

As human beings, we are a distinct, curiously positioned species woven
into the magical fabric of creation. It is time to evolve from the current
prevailing conditions of “living” in opposition to each other.
The fact that creation exists implies the presence and participation
of a creating force. The creating force is the movement of energy that
creates infinitely, and does so without bias, conditions, condemnation,
or punishment. The creating force has no capacity to create in
any other way. The creating force cannot induce environments of love,
compassion, judgment, hate, anger, violence, or brutality. Those forms
of creativity are exclusive to the human species, and are outcomes of
individual choice.

The simple matter is that the essence of the creating force cannot
be understood or perceived from any facet of physical sensations, the
practicing of religious or other belief systems, or even the rigors of
scientific investigation. The fundamental principle is this: we do not
need answers to, or an understanding of, any of these issues to begin
the inner journey that reveals the creating force to us. Furthermore,
as individuals, we cannot accept the word of any other individual,
organization, or institution regarding these matters. The perceptions
of others rarely qualify as spiritual competence. To obtain conclusive knowledge of creation and the creating force, an individual must
progress through the spiritual dimensions that will bring her or him
to a state of perfect alignment with the creating force. In this union of
energy, an individual ascends to and exists within the dimensions of
truth, and the validity of that is beyond question.

The creating force emanates the entirety of existence we refer to as
creation, nature, and the cosmos, which includes the human species.
This fact establishes the relationship of the creating force (primary governance)
to nature (secondary governance). The structure of nature, by
way of the creating force, also contains the essential spiritual law: the
rules of interaction that manifest as the cause-and-effect relationships
governing creation.

Until we begin to evolve spiritually, we observe three separate forms
of relationships: human-to-human, human-to-nature, and human-to-
creating force. If there is no desire whatsoever for spirituality, our
perception is limited to human-to-human and human-to-nature. The
least advanced level of perceptions belongs to those most driven by
egoistic influences, who do not even acknowledge nature. The perception
of human-to-human relationships is the extent of their capacity.
It is only through inner exertion, driven by a desire for an awareness of
and continuous interaction with the creating force, that we begin to
transcend the limiting perceptions of the separation of relationships
between the creating force, nature, and the human species.

The human species is conflicted at all levels of this worldwide community.
We are experiencing global and regional wars, religious and
ethnic conflicts, gender controversies, economic failures, environmental
catastrophes, and an epidemic of individual crimes against persons.
We are repeatedly devastated by offenses against our children and the
offenders often turn out to be the most trusted: family, neighbors,
religious leaders, and school teachers. Seemingly, hope and constant
vigilance serve as the only defenses against our children becoming
victim to such circumstances.

As a species, we have not elevated ourselves to a sustained level of
genuine love for each other, and we don’t perceive a legitimate reason
to do so. Peace and equality are futile in this atmosphere. Each human
being is an equal aspect of an infinite collective force, and we are preventing
ourselves from actualizing the potential power of that force,
which defines the truthful purpose of human existence. Unconditional
love is the requisite predecessor to peace and equality. This is an unalterable
fact of human reality.

My life endures
Solely by presence of
External determinants

Proving I am not quite
Sovereign as Ego implored
My dignity to trust

But I made passage
Through circuitous corridors
Which exposed innate

Recognition that I
Would wither as parched
Flowers save how

Great Earth nurtures
Me and Wind gathers
The seven billion

Which I inhale with
Every breath, whereas
Water purifies my

Inner refuge and
By the Sun immortal
Energy touches me

I have learned
Of Gratitude and the
Whispers of Love

Peace is not a cause of anything. Peace is a condition of existence
that manifests as the principal effect of the formative presence of
unconditional love. The symbiotic quality between unconditional
love, peace, and equality is the prodigious culmination of cause-and-effect
relationships. For the human species, the burden of effort should
not be toward the attainment of peace or equality, but instead for the
love of each other and nature. Cause and effect cannot flow backward.
This certainty is as basic as it gets.

Peace and equality are perfectly balanced states or conditions that
exist between multiple entities or forces (aspects of creation) that
interact as mutually dependent components within a completed whole
(creation). The completed whole is balanced, in that there is only a
singular desire for the unified existence, and there is no opposition to
that desire.

Peace and equality are delusive in the context of human governance.
Conversely, engagement of true spiritual effort has no boundaries or
bias, as is demonstrated in human-to-human interplays. The pursuit of
implicit peace and equality means each individual chooses to transcend
the limitations of an egoistically driven, legislated existence. Within
the current global social structure, boundless peace and equality exist
only as potential outcomes. The realization of those outcomes occurs
through the energy invested in spiritual movement.

Except for the presence of the human species, nature functions in
absolute peace and equality. The capacity to disrupt the peace within
creation belongs explicitly to the human being. Peace and equality are
not possible when one aspect of the human species rules over another.
Peace and equality are not possible when human beings attempt to
rule over nature. Lastly, peace and equality are not possible unless all
individuals establish an interdependent relationship based on the actualized
force of unconditional love.

The primary challenge to the human being lies in our trouble
comprehending our responsibility within the structure of creation.
We must not accept the proposition that a relationship with a government,
political organization, religion, belief system, corporation,
geographical border, or even family constitutes an irreducible primary.
The irreducible primary is the human species, and this fact is firmly
established by the unique composition and determinative influences of
human beings relative to all that exists.

Creation will attain its pristine state through the force and presence
of unconditional love. The emergence of unconditional love is the
province of the human species. It is the obligation of the human being
to merge with creation into a state of perfect existence. Each of us must
examine this concept mindfully, as it contains the perfect embodiment
of our complex, singular unity, which defines the extensive capability
of the human species.
