Rescue Me

What else can I do?
What the hell can I say?
I try hard every single day!
And it's still not enough?
No.
No matter what you say
I know I try!
I refuse to sit here
To whine and cry
Cause that's what you want
I can't do more than I'm doing
I'm screaming inside myself for help
But the cry never comes through
I don't know what to do! 
No one ever comes to the cry 
I look to the sky
Screaming to God
I know he's there
Yet he seems so far away
I'm breaking
I'm about to fall
I need someone
To be here through it all
To lean on
I don't know who it'll be,
But I need someone here
To rescue me

I so didn't expect to feel so emotionally tied to this poem after reading it, but I really do. Sometimes life just leaves you up side down and what you really need is a friend to turn to. Someone special, someone who understands you, who understands exactly what forever means.

Oh baby what a story this poem has. I just so love this! Life could be a real pain in the a*s sometimes, and we need someone to stand by our side no matter what. Someone who cares for real, someone who will never leave. Someone who knows what "forever" really means.
