Dawning of love

Dawning of love

A Poem by Jack...

The dawning of love

You whispered your secrets

on breezes of starlight

of moonbeam collections

in night sky desire

Those twinkling phrases

beyond the horizon

which once held the sunset

in blistery fire

Beneath every pine tree

found evergreen wishes

with snow dressing branches

long winters to show

And springtime petunias

bloom fresh for the season

soft feathery visions

you want me to know

That here as we’re lying

this hillside of splendor

while counting the diamonds

a’ shine up above

Each sunrise of morning

a new day's beginning

right here in my arms is

the dawning of love

Another romantic, masterfully penned poem. Your poetry exceeds the boundaries of the imagination, and the boundaries of love.

Thank you so very much Julie. I appreciate your kindness.
A very nice use of nature to shape a look at new love. Well done. There is one typo... you left off an apostrophe to show possession in 'days beginning'

Ah, the acknowledgement of Nature! If a tree falls in the forest unnoticed, has it really fallen. We’re Nature’s Strategy of Self Adoration.

I think you are correct. Thanks so much for stopping by.
For some reason it reminded me of that old hippy song "Sunshine of Your Love." I like that song so it's a good comparison.
