The Fox

A little thing I decided to write in an attempt to work on a new language. I primarily speak English but wanted to try my hand at poetry in Spanish so lets see how it goes, shall we.

Esta es la historia del zorro rojo
Un zorro que amaba calcetines nuevos
Este zorro era diferente que el resto
Para este zorro tenía el corazón de un héroe dentro de su pecho

Un día el zorro tenía un pensamiento
para impresionar a la chica zorro, porque ¿por qué no
El pequeño zorro valiente estaba nervioso

This is the story of the red fox 

A fox who loved new socks 

This fox was different than the rest 

For this fox had the heart of a hero in his chest 

One day the fox had a thought 

to impress the girl fox, because why not
