He called my name today

And the world for just a brief moment stood still

The birds became silent and the wind refused blow

He called my name today

A shiver ran up my spine bringing a billion goose bumps across my skin

My heart fluttered and skipped a beat

He called my name today

And joy and pain collided in a mass of tangled emotions

Tormenting my resolve till I was but a trembling shell of what I had been

He called my name today

And I know I am now his, body and soul

Bond by simply the sound of my name on his lips
