The clock is ticking ,

basically a poem about the clock is ticking and we dont know when our time is up

 

the clock is ticking,

 

The clock is ticking,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Listen to me tick,

Wonderlessly through the woods,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Never know when your time is up,

Tick tock, tick tock

I’m here waiting for you,

Tick tock, tick tock,

You want to meet in the dark clouds,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Run away,

Not a good idea to go there,

Stay as far as you can away from dark clouds,

Tick tock, tick tock,

You’re getting sleepy,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Don’t do drugs,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Don’t drink your life away,

Tick tock, tick tock,

You better run,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Never know when it’s your time,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Sitting on a bench,

Tick tock, tick tock,

Love me forever until the day is gone.

Time indeed is a fascinating topic to ponder. It flows, yet it is not a liquid, it measures, yet it does not cover distance. Like ice it can be cut into blocks so we may understand small moments in our lives. Time, infinite in scope, bringing forward many questions.
