A Poem by jess foreman
"

city where i was memories

"

London Road

London Road

This road leads to the city,

city of happiness and prosperous ones.

London City

London City

Its beautiful and what an eyeful

London Road

London Road

Look there goes a toad

over the road to the park

I always hear the dogs bark

I love the trees they make me feel at ease

I feed the geese I feel some peace

this is where I was reared

To go anywhere else feels weird

Alvaston, Westminster street

when I had little feet

It may not be rich but this place I cant ditch

its home where I love to just roam.
