Computer crash

thoughts while my computer hiccuped

Computer crash

forced me to hash

and brown thoughts in my mind

I scrambled things

and brought forth strings

attached to my inside

Like where does all that space go

that exists in my third eye

does it take me to a far off place

time travel when I die

Or maybe when Im dreaming

coasting above the ground

does the space between my pupils

make sure Im not lost but I am found

So I toasted my ponderings

while the computer fixed by wondering

a mind floating constantly

trying to find the space between my eyes

This is one problem with technology Jesse, it can leave you without any warning....That is why i try to keep at least my writings on my diary....I know how terrible it can be to loose important documents and datas....Im speechless, you always come up with our daily life's elements in your poetry....Greatly written.....Full rating.....Clap! A computer crash is such a terrifying idea. I once had one a few years back. I had the first ~18 chapters or so of a novel saved on my computer, and then it just died. Never able to get it to work again. I've since learned to keep a safe copy of all my important works.

yes Clifford, I have a journal I write everything in I took a picture of for the poem. I should put that in the authors notes now. ;)

And that be why I have everything important backed up on a stick..
I sometimes think about how in the this day and age computers and the internet have in a way become an extension of a person's being and we become more and more dependant on them with each passing year.

i know, it is a scary thought the idea of a massive crash...ahhh, what on earth would we do. I can see it now, people coming out of their homes in bath robes rubbing their eyes. ha ha

Ah, back in the end of 2015, mah comp. won't just take some hiccups but its window got whole indulged into an ash & now mah whole YEARLY data or a few previously gone years stuffs gone lost somewhere in the mid of forlorn-memories. Ah, then i ev'n stopped writing for a week or two but later on...
... ev'n since then i. . . decided writing in pages. And quite honestly, to date, since then as i mention, i write in pages first before giving a damn 'bout typing-s**t. I ain't know what it is, but i certainly kinda enjoy getting strewn all ov'r the snowy sheet of pages with an essence of uncertain thoughts. It feels so gud, man!

Perhaps, ev'ry single time, i remind my loving gone data homed into memories, my heart goes pondered with the watermelon of poor-heartaches... & u knw wht, it goddamn really aches to death, so badly. U R lucky, u got patience & have had back-up on the spot... my comp. would ev'n arned me before getting HICUPED, but i ignored it & continued processing, resulting, window got crashed-trashed, & very tragically gone, smashed, undisguised. And it'd cost mah heart.... so yeah, since then i WRITE/JOT DOWN/PEN ON first before TYPING any s**t. If, anyhow, i even giva damn 'bout TYPING first, then i post stuffs online either... on... to mah blogging site so as... not to get ached again if something goes wrong with the breath of stupid computer.

Phew... ur poetry speaks the heart, babe! Damn, u write so well, just remind me my gone days since something more harsher than u just happened 2 me. Anyways, my suggestion: "Always get ur life a backup even ur stuffs as well, cos... sometimes, u don't know, what comes next & how it may change things around by impacting ur heart so badly."

U capture ur real nice moments in deepen words very well. Great job, Whitey!

im so sorry you lost everything with no warning, I know what that is like, I jot everything down, but unfortunately had some personal issues as we all do, and had to leave almost everything I owned, so there went a lot of difficult experiences that were important poetry wise, so I quit for awhile.

Until, I know it is going to sound fruitier then a loop, but until I had what seemed like a visit from my dad whose passed, and he use to be a poet, so weird, started writing the next day. Anyway, there is your spoonful of random for the day. So anyway, I am sorry you lost stuff important to you too. We should be compensated with the 1 billion dollar power ball this Saturday here in Colorado. tee hee hee. I don't normally play but its on my mind today. sorry...I digress.

Finally, thank you for your kindest of comments, it is so cool that I seem to remind you of days that are positive. I will always have a backup, it certainly would have saved me once or twice before. ;)

... but u knw what, i always sexy pain in mah butts not to have patience with time so yeah... It was whole mah fault that mah data got slept deepest in the funeral of FLINT for life
