Downward Spiral

Is this all there is
Is there nothing more for me
Left scared and scattered
A world of loneliness is all I see

Always seems the doors have closed
Locked tight and thrown away the key
Where's the light at the end of the tunnel
Pure darkness is all I see

No one to hold and love
This quiet I cannot stand
No one to talk to, listen to
No one to even hold their hand

My light is fading
My heart is in pain
Everyday life
Is more and more a strain

I've become so numb
Everything has shattered
Tomorrow's another day
But what does it matter
