where has the sun been hiding?

where has the sun been hiding?

A Poem by jinjahman

where has
the sun
been hiding?

cheeky divil!
like moon
swanning around.

may daze
november coiling
round rings

my heaven
so hot;
hell cold.

Broken Swords,
Shredded Ribbons,
Years Old.

counting down,
counting down,
counted d
              o
               w
                n.

where has
the sun
been s-h-i-n-i-n-g?

cheeky divil!
like moon
swooning sublime.

day cold,
night sober,
falling asleep.

my demeanour
needs to
know now:

where has
my soul
been hiding

all these
years through
your tears?
